$780

The cheapest Nashville bachelorette party that still works

Land Thursday, take a house outside the Gulch, book nothing but dinner.

That is four hundred and sixty dollars a head below the standard estimate, as a Revelwick estimate. The honky tonks on Broadway still fill the nights.

05

Where to stay in Nashville for a bachelorette party

Neighborhoods, two downtown hotels as described on their own sites in September 2026, and the rental rules.

01

Downtown and Lower Broadway

In the middle of the honky tonks and nightlife. Loud until the bars close, which suits a group that wants to walk everywhere.

02

SoBro: JW Marriott Nashville

On 8th Avenue South, south of Broadway, with a 12,000 square foot rooftop pool deck and the Cabana Club rooftop restaurant.

03

Downtown: Noelle

On Fourth Avenue North in a restored 1930s Art Deco building, with the Rare Bird rooftop bar, a hidden bar and a coffee shop on site.

04

The Gulch

A walkable neighborhood around 11th and 12th Avenues South, between Broadway and Division Street, with restaurants, boutique hotels, rooftop views and murals for photos.

05

Germantown and East Nashville

Germantown is a few blocks northwest of downtown with well known restaurants. East Nashville has dive bars, cocktails and vintage shopping.

06

A permitted rental house

Metro Nashville caps a permitted short-term rental at twice the bedrooms plus four, with at most four bedrooms, so twelve guests is the legal maximum. A legal listing must show its permit number, which you can look up in Metro's public permit data, and the person renting must be 21 or older.

06

Honky tonks on Broadway

Live music from the morning, and many honky tonks do not charge a regular cover. Tip the band.

01

Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, 422 Broadway

Open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 3 a.m., with a kitchen until 1 a.m. and a group events page.

02

Honky Tonk Central, 329 Broadway

Three floors, three bars and three stages at the corner of 4th and Broadway, open until 3 a.m., with private event bookings.

03

04

Miranda Lambert's Casa Rosa, 308 Broadway

A Tex-Mex cantina with two stages, table reservations and a group dining page.

07

Listening rooms, shows and country music tours

The quieter side of Nashville music. Check tickets and seating rules before the trip.

01

The Bluebird Cafe, Green Hills

A small listening room where songwriters play their own songs, 15 to 30 minutes from downtown. Online reservations allow up to six seats per order, so a group of nine needs two orders and may not sit together. Friday to Sunday shows open on the Monday of that week at 8 a.m. Central, and seats carry a cover charge plus a $15 per seat food and drink minimum.

02

Ryman Auditorium, downtown

Concerts through the year, plus self-guided and guided backstage tours.

03

Grand Ole Opry, Music Valley

Show tickets and tour tickets at the Opry House on Opryland Drive, a rideshare from downtown. There is no formal dress code.

04

The Listening Room Cafe, SoBro

Ticketed songwriter shows on 4th Avenue South, open from 4 p.m. Sunday to Friday and from 10 a.m. on Saturday.

08

Rooftop bars for a bachelorette group

Views, golden hour and photo spots, with the group rules each rooftop publishes.

01

L.A. Jackson, the Gulch

The rooftop at the Thompson Hotel, 21 and over, mostly first come first served with limited reserved tables Thursday to Sunday. Parties of nine or more submit a private event inquiry.

02

Rare Bird, downtown

The rooftop bar at Noelle, open from the afternoon, with a golden hour Monday to Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m.

03

White Limozeen, Midtown

The rooftop at the Graduate hotel that takes reservations and books private or semi-private events for 10 to 250 guests. Pool season runs May through September.

09

Where to eat: brunch and a group dinner

Restaurants with their published reservations and group options.

01

Biscuit Love, the Gulch

Southern biscuits on 11th Avenue South, with a second location in Hillsboro Village. Its own site quotes press about hour-long waits, so plan for a line.

02

Milk & Honey, the Gulch

Breakfast and brunch every day from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a reservations page.

03

Suzy Wong's Drag'n Brunch, Midtown

A two-hour drag brunch on Church Street with three performers, shared appetizers and an entree for $34.99 before drinks, tax and tip. It welcomes parties of all sizes; check the seating times when booking.

04

The Twelve Thirty Club, Broadway

A supper club, rooftop and honky tonk on three levels, with reservations, VIP table service and weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

05

Pinewood Social, near SoBro

A restaurant with bowling where groups of up to sixteen book their own private dining room or lanes. Evening and weekend private dining is $150 plus a $500 food and drink minimum for three hours.

11

Planning a Nashville bachelorette weekend: the rules, the calendar and the money

What to know before booking a Nashville bachelorette party.

A Nashville bachelorette party is live music, honky tonks, rooftop bars, Southern food and a night out on Broadway, at about $1,240 a head for two nights as a Revelwick estimate. The planning is about the rental rules, the party vehicle rules, the calendar and one clear number for the group.

Party buses, pedal taverns and open containers

Metro Nashville's transportation rules, as adopted in 2024, require any entertainment vehicle where passengers drink to be fully enclosed, so an open-air tractor or truck with drinks is not a permitted format. Licensed party vehicles pick up and drop off only at approved staging areas, not bar to bar. On a pedal tavern, bring your own means beer up to 8 percent, not wine or liquor, and pedal vehicles cannot run on weekday mornings from 7 to 9 or afternoons from 4 to 6. Walking the street with an open can or bottle is a Metro violation.

When to go

NOAA normals for Nashville give highs of about 73 degrees in April and October, 80 in May, and 91 in July. May is the wettest month. CMA Fest runs June 10 to 13 in 2027 and the CMA Awards are on November 18, 2026, so check those dates before booking a weekend.

Getting to Nashville and getting around

Nashville International Airport is 8 miles east of downtown. Taxis charge a $30 flat rate to downtown plus $2 for each additional passenger, and a WeGo bus runs hourly to downtown for $2. Walk downtown, SoBro and the Gulch, and take a rideshare to Midtown, Green Hills, the Opry and Arrington.

Buying drinks for the house

Tennessee package stores sell liquor from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, and close on Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.

Where the money goes

The Saturday night is the largest line at about $409 a head, then the house at about $322, flights at about $273 and food at about $236. If the group covers the bride's full share, each of the other eight guests pays about $155 more. Send the whole number in the first planning message, before anyone books a flight.

Nashville, Atlanta, Austin or New Orleans

Nashville at about $1,240 is two hundred dollars a head more than Atlanta and about a hundred and twenty more than Austin. Choose Nashville for honky tonks and country music, Austin for water and dancing, and New Orleans for a cheaper night out. The Nashville bachelorette itinerary has the weekend hour by hour.

One clear number, a permitted rental, and the Bluebird booked the Monday it opens.

How Nashville was priced and checked

The costs are Revelwick estimates. The places and rules are as published by their own sources in September 2026.

What the figures are

Every cost on this page is a Revelwick editorial estimate for a group of about nine over two nights. It is a starting point for a budget conversation rather than a quote, and prices move, so check the current price before you book anything.

The places named here

Every hotel, restaurant, bar, venue and activity on this page is named by at least three independent sources, at least one of them authoritative, and its address, hours, prices and group rules are as published on its own website in September 2026. Revelwick has not visited them, does not rate them and is not paid by them. Hours and policies change, so confirm before booking.

Where the rules come from

The rental occupancy and permit rules are from the Metro Nashville Code and Codes Department, the party vehicle rules from the Metro Transportation Licensing Commission, open container and beer hours from the Metro Code, package store hours from the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission, airport transport from Nashville International Airport, the weather from NOAA climate normals, the lake from the Army Corps of Engineers, neighborhoods from Visit Music City, and event dates from each event's own site.
