Disney World bachelorette party ideas

Walt Disney World has four theme parks and two water parks for the girls to explore.

01

EPCOT World Showcase

Walk the 11 country pavilions, Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, the American Adventure, Japan, Morocco, France, the United Kingdom and Canada, sampling food and drinks where they are sold. A walk also known as drinking around the world.

02

EPCOT festivals

Food & Wine runs August 27 to November 21, 2026, Festival of the Holidays November 27 to December 30, 2026, Festival of the Arts January 15 to March 1, 2027, and Flower & Garden March 10 to May 31, 2027, all included with EPCOT admission.

03

Magic Kingdom

The castle, the classic rides and a photo of the bride with her crew. Book a table-service meal for the group.

04

Disney's Hollywood Studios

Thrill rides and shows for a group that loves movies.

05

Disney's Animal Kingdom

Animals, rides and a slower day.

06

Blizzard Beach

A water park day in warm weather. Typhoon Lagoon was temporarily closed as of September 2026.

07

Disney Springs

Shopping, restaurants and bars for an evening out, and select table-service restaurants allow guests to bring wine for a corkage fee.

03

Special events and a fun evening out

Ideas for the night, beyond a regular ticket.

01

Separately ticketed parties

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights have their own tickets and looser costume rules, though masks are still not allowed.

02

A bar crawl at Disney Springs

A few bars and lounges and a late dinner, ready for photos of the bride.

03

A festival evening at EPCOT

Food and drinks from the festival booths during Food & Wine or Flower & Garden.

04

A pool afternoon

A break at the resort pool between rides to recharge the crew.

04

Disney rules to know before the trip

From Walt Disney World's own policies, read in September 2026.

01

Costumes

Guests 14 and older may not wear costumes or masks in the parks, and clothing cannot drag on the ground. Plan a coordinated outfit or Disney-inspired colors rather than a costume.

02

Flags and banners

Flags, banners and selfie sticks are not allowed in the theme parks or water parks, so check any bride accessories before packing them.

03

Alcohol

You must be 21 to buy alcohol and show valid ID. Alcohol cannot be brought into the parks; outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed if not in glass.

04

A button for the day

Guest Relations and resort front desks give out a free Happy Birthday button; there is no official bachelorette button.

05

Park reservations

Date-based tickets have not needed a separate park reservation since January 9, 2024.

05

Where to stay for a Disney World bachelorette trip

Resort benefits for the vacation, as published by Disney.

01

Early Theme Park Entry

Disney Resort hotel guests, and guests at some other nearby hotels, enter the theme parks 30 minutes early every day of the stay.

02

Extended Evening Hours

Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resort guests get extra evening hours on select nights.

03

Transportation

Select resorts have free buses, boats, monorail or Skyliner, starting 45 minutes before a park opens and running until an hour after it closes.

04

Room size

Standard rooms at Pop Century and 2-queen rooms at Caribbean Beach sleep up to four adults, so nine girls need three rooms.

05

An off site house

A rental near the parks can be divided by the group, with cars or rideshares to the gates.

06

Planning the details: reservations, Lightning Lane and getting there

The bookings that open on a schedule.

01

Dining reservations

Open 60 days ahead, at about 6 a.m. Disney Resort hotel guests can book their whole stay, up to 10 nights, at 60 days before arrival.

02

Lightning Lane

Multi Pass lets you pick up to three experiences with return windows; Single Pass covers top attractions, up to two a day. Resort guests can buy 7 days before the stay, everyone else 3 days before the park day.

03

From the airport

Disney lists Minnie Van service for Deluxe, Deluxe Villa and Club Level guests, rental cars, Lyft and Mears private vehicles.

04

Weather

NOAA normals for Orlando give highs of 72 degrees in January and 92 in July, and June to September are the wettest months. Atlantic hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30.

07

Disney bachelorette outfit and theme ideas

Fun ways to dress the girls without breaking the costume rules.

01

Princess colors

Each guest wears the colors of a favorite princess, with the bride in white.

02

Matching ears

Mouse ears for everyone, and a veil-style pair for the bride where allowed.

03

Custom shirts

Shirts with a Disney-inspired pun for the girls' trip.

04

Park day comfort

Sneakers, sunscreen and a rain poncho for summer storms.

08

A three day Disney World bachelorette itinerary

One way to plan the trip.

01

Day 1: arrive and Disney Springs

Check in, then dinner and drinks at Disney Springs.

02

Day 2: EPCOT

Early entry, rides in the morning, and drinking around the world at the World Showcase in the afternoon.

03

Day 3: Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios

The park the bride loves most, with a group photo.

04

Outfits and getting ready

Matching colors, ears or shirts rather than costumes, a white look for the bride, and comfortable shoes.

09

Disney against a house weekend, same nine people

Revelwick estimates for nine people. The difference is whether there is one shared cost to divide.

Disney, three daysA house city, two nights
AccommodationPer room, per night; standard rooms at the value resorts checked sleep up to four adultsOne house, divided nine ways
Effect of a bigger groupTickets and meals rise with every guestThe house costs less per head

Disney suits a group that loves the parks and wants a daytime trip everyone can enjoy together. For a group on a tight budget, a house city usually divides better.

3

Days, not two nights

Day one is spent learning the place. Day two is the first good one.

A two night trip gives one full park day between two travel days. Three days gives two park days, which is why this page suggests three. If three days is not possible, a one day plan at Disney Springs or a different destination may suit the group better.

10

Planning a Disney bachelorette party

Budget, the group and the magic.

A Disney bachelorette party is a daytime celebration for a bride who loves the parks: EPCOT's World Showcase, a festival, a castle photo at Magic Kingdom and dinner at Disney Springs. Everyone can join in, including guests who are pregnant or not drinking. The planning is about tickets, rooms and the dining and Lightning Lane windows.

Budget for every guest

Park tickets and meals are per person, and a resort room holds up to four adults at the value resorts checked, so the cost per head does not fall much as the group grows. As a Revelwick estimate, a three day trip is about $1,420 a head. Share that number early.
