Disneyland or Disney World for a bachelorette trip?

Walt Disney World in Florida
Four theme parks, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot, spread across a much larger resort, a bigger trip with more to plan.
Park reservations
Disneyland requires one for every guest on every date, so check both before you book.
The bride's favorite

10
Planning a Disneyland bachelorette party
The budget, the day and getting there.
A Disneyland bachelorette party is a Disney hotel or a nearby stay, park tickets with reservations, drinks at Oga's Cantina or Trader Sam's, dinner in Downtown Disney and matching Mickey ears for the bride. Book the tickets, park reservations and dining first.
Budget
Tickets are the per person cost: 2 day adult tickets start at $335. Rooms sleep up to 5 adults and parking is per car, so those split across the group.
Drinks and ID
California's drinking age is 21, and bars stop selling at 2 a.m. Disney accepts a US government ID or an original passport, and guests from outside the US must show an original passport.
Getting there
Disney lists John Wayne Airport as the closest airport, then Long Beach and LAX. There is no transport between the Disney hotels and the parks because they are a short stroll away.
Tickets and park reservations first, ears for the bride, and an ID for the drinks.
The Disneyland orderBefore booking
5
Minute walk between the two parks
Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure share one entrance plaza.
Disney says both park entrances sit on the Main Entrance Esplanade about a 5 minute walk apart, with no tram or shuttle needed. The Disneyland Hotel, the Grand Californian and Pixar Place Hotel are within walking distance, and the Downtown Disney District needs no park ticket.
12
Four things that decide a Disneyland bachelorette party
Tickets, reservations, parking and the plan for the group.
Per adult ticket on 2 to 5 day tickets, over a one park per day ticket.
Every guest 3 and up needs a ticket and a park reservation for the same park and date.
Per car a day; Disney hotel guests pay $45 a night to self-park.
Pick one spot and one time to regroup, and keep phones charged.
13
