How to compare New Orleans bachelorette party packages
The division, the rules and the calendar.
New Orleans bachelorette party packages bundle parts of a NOLA trip: a French Quarter hotel, a cooking class, a swamp adventure, a ghost tour or bar crawl, a bar package, jazz brunch and sometimes a second line. Divide any quote by the people actually coming and compare it with Revelwick's estimate of about $980 a head.
Check what is included
Ask which parts are inside the price, whether drinks and tips are extra, what happens if someone drops out, and the cancellation terms.
The rules that change a package
The city bans pedal pubs. Glass is banned on French Quarter streets, and bars cannot let you leave with an open glass or can, though go-cups are allowed. A go-cup counts as an open container in a car or rideshare. A second line needs a parade permit, a police escort and at least 15 days' notice. Short-term rentals need a city permit, and none are allowed in the Garden District.
When to go
Mardi Gras is February 9, 2027, the French Quarter Festival April 8 to 11, 2027, and Jazz Fest April 22 to May 2, 2027. New Orleans & Company says low season hotel deals run June through September, which falls in hurricane season.
Divide the quote, ask about tips, and skip anything sold as a party bike.

The night out, per head, as a Revelwick estimate
Many Frenchmen Street clubs charge no cover, so check what a nightlife package really includes.
New Orleans & Company says many Frenchmen Street clubs do not charge a cover, though tipping the band is expected. Some venues do sell real extras: Cat's Meow offers line passes, a bachelorette package and balcony packages with an open bar.

Where this comes from
The costs are Revelwick estimates. The operators and rules are as published in September 2026.
What the figures are
Every cost on this page is a Revelwick editorial estimate for a group of about nine over two nights. It is a starting point for a budget conversation rather than a quote, so check current prices before you book.
The operators named here
Every operator and hotel on this page is named by at least three independent sources, at least one of them authoritative, and its terms are as published on its own website in September 2026. Revelwick has not used them, does not rate them and is not paid by them.
Where the rules come from
Rental, glass, open container, pedal carriage and parade rules are from the New Orleans City Code and city permit pages, club and hotel season notes from New Orleans & Company, and event dates from their organizers.
